a. Households loan for water improvement; b. Sanitation and hygiene facilities for household through loan; c. Local entrepreneurs loan for water market development; d. Local entrepreneurs loan for Sanitation and hygiene market development; e. Behavioral changing communication (BCC) campaign; and f. development of WASH market service.
