Project Objectives

Improved health and nutrition status of children. Build child friendly environment through reducing child labor, early marriage and child violence Communities are empowered to take ownership for ensuring child wellbeing. Children achieved quality-learning outcomes, cared for, and protected from abuse, any form of violence and trauma in peaceful relationship in family, school and in the community

Expected Outcomes

Increase nutritional status of children of aged 0-59 months Increased access to health care services Community based Inclusive WASH practice improved Community based organizations and duty bearers (VDC, UNDC, child & youth forum) developed plan, implement, monitor and review their development efforts in collaboration with WVB and other actors (local government, CSOs and other stakeholders). Community partners utilize child sponsorship to care for and protect children and enable girls and boys, families, communities and sponsors to have life enriching experiences. Children are protected from Gender Based Violence Improved developmental domains for children learning & moral development Children receive quality education, actively participate and learn in hygiene and safe environment . Communities are empowered in protecting children including CWDs from abuse, neglect, exploitation and all forms of violence . Child protection formal and informal mechanisms are collaborating effectively to protect girls and boys, especially most vulnerable children protected from abuse, exploitation, neglect and other forms of violence.
