Project Objectives

Improving food and nutrition security and peace of poor, vulnerable and marginalized populations through food production and livelihood practices that make them more resilient to disaster events.

Expected Outcomes

1.Increasing food security of the participating target population through adoption of climate change-sensitive agricultural technologies. 2. Increased food diversity, especially for women and children. 3. Increased livelihood diversification and income in households of selected populations. 4.Increased capacity to develop individual and community resilience through identification and management of stressful and traumatic situations. 5.Increased equality between women and men in decision-making within the family, including their roles in household and agricultural work
